Ladies and Gentlemen, 

 

If the Vigipirate plan implies modifications in our security procedures, it also calls for your cooperation in order to minimize the inconvenience of your reception in the hall, and the beginning of the show or competition in time. 

Here are some tips for your safety and comfort: 

• Arrive at least 45 minutes before the event start time posted on your ticket.
• Avoid backpacks.
• Have your ticket in hand, and arrive with your bag and jacket/coat open to facilitate the work of our security guards.

For security reasons, it is strictly forbidden to bring weapons, explosive substances, glass bottles and generally speaking, any object that could be used as a projectile. It is also forbidden to bring into the site any dangerous object and any pyrotechnic article. 

Any person who contravenes the above provisions will be held responsible and may be prosecuted. 

Prohibited objects (not dangerous) may be left in a locker at the entrance of the establishment. Dangerous objects (firearms, explosive or flammable substances) will not be allowed in the locker. 

If the owner of an unauthorized and/or dangerous object refuses to remove it, he/she will be denied access to the hall without refunding the ticket. 

Please remember that these procedures are necessary to ensure that you have a good time at Le Vendéspace. 

PS: The management reserves the right to modify the list of prohibited objects depending on the event.
