I do not walk very well, can I access a car park near the room?

20 parking spaces for people with reduced mobility disabilities are available on the main car park near the Great Hall of the Vendéspace. The European parking card with the GIC stickers must be placed on the vehicle's windshield to access these reserved spaces.   

For people with walking difficulties, it is advisable to directly contact parking staff to access the seats closest to the entrance of the hall. Warning: this access is not guaranteed. 

At what time do the doors of the Vendéspace open before the show?

Generally, when the doors of the Vendéspace open 1h or 1h30 before the beginning of each event.  

Can we eat there?

Most of the time, a snack bar is open inside the complex. However, it is forbidden to drink and eat in the Great Hall.   

If I arrive late, may I access the room?

In case of delay, accessing to your seat will be possible with the agreement of the indoor placement employee. It is possible that you be assigned another seat to avoid inconvenience for other visitors.   

Is it possible to take photos and shoot films at the events?

Photographs with or without flash and videos are not permitted.  

Do you take culture and sport pass cards and/or traveler checks?

Culture and sport pass cards and traveler checks are not accepted as payment for shows organised by the Vendée Department Council.  

I can not come, may I be reimbursed for the ticket?

Tickets are neither returned nor exchanged. The only exception being the show's cancellation.  

Are there special rates for business committees?

The rates proposed by the Vendée Department Council for its own performances are accessible to a wide audience.There are no specific rates for business committees.   

Can groups book an unlimited number of places?

For the shows organised by the Vendée Department Council, the groups can buy up to 50 tickets per show. Beyond that number, an application must be sent by mail to: vendespace@vendee.fr. The direction of the Vendéspace reserves the right to accept or reject the request.   

Can an individual or a company rent the room for the organisation of an event?

The Vendéspace can be rented. An application must be sent by mail to: vendespace@vendee.fr. The direction of the Vendéspace reserves the right to accept or reject the request.
